Who this applies to

This policy covers Honomantra — the site at honomantra.com and the member tools behind it. It does not cover third-party platforms where these teachings also appear (YouTube, etc.).

What we collect

• Account info: your email address (for sign-in) and, optionally, a display name.
• Membership state: which membership you're on, whether your subscription is active, and your preferred language.
• Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your card on its own infrastructure. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a limited record of the charge (amount, status, last-four) so we can reconcile your access.
• Contact form submissions: your name, email, and message.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser, and general geography are logged by our hosting provider to keep the site safe from abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics (if enabled) records aggregate traffic without cookies or cross-site tracking.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We don't run third-party ad pixels or social trackers.

Who we share data with (sub-processors)

Running a site requires a handful of well-known vendors. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.

• Supabase — stores your account, membership state, and the site's content database.
• Stripe — handles subscription payments.
• Resend — sends transactional email (welcome notes, contact-form replies, receipts).
• Cloudflare — hosts the site, terminates SSL, and blocks abusive traffic.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie so you stay signed in. No tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• See or export a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your account and have your personal data removed.
• Ask us to stop sending non-essential email.

Email hello@honomantra.com with the request from your account's email address and we'll take care of it.

Children

Honomantra is for people 13 and up. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For material changes, we'll email members before they take effect.
