Plain-language summary: by using Honomantra you agree to these terms. The teachings are offered as a spiritual practice, not medical or therapeutic advice. Memberships auto-renew until you cancel. Don't redistribute the content — it's for your personal practice.

1. Acceptance

By using Honomantra (honomantra.com) or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who may use the site

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're between 13 and the age of majority where you live, use the site only with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

  • Give us accurate info when you sign up.
  • Keep your sign-in link and session confidential.
  • One account per person. Don't share a single account with others — each member who wants access needs their own.
  • Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized access.

4. Membership and billing

  • Paid memberships (Practitioner, Kahu) renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from the member hub. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then.
  • Prices and included features may change. If they change, we'll email you first; the new price only applies to renewals after that notice.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case. Reach out and we'll work it out.
  • If a payment fails and we can't collect after a reasonable retry window, your membership drops to the free (Mua) level until billing resumes.

5. Content and license

The teachings, writing, audio, video, and imagery on Honomantra — including Dr. Hew Len's lectures, curated and introduced for this archive — are owned by their respective rights-holders and licensed to Honomantra.

As a member in good standing, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and practice with the content. You may not:

  • Copy, download for redistribution, re-upload to other platforms, or publish the content publicly.
  • Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the content or your account.
  • Scrape the site, use bots to pull content, or bypass paywalls.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others on or through the site.
  • Upload anything harmful (malware, deceptive links) or that violates another person's rights.
  • Attempt to compromise the site's security or availability.

7. Spiritual practice, not medical advice

Hoʻoponopono is a contemplative and spiritual practice. The teachings on Honomantra are offered for personal reflection and are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you're struggling, please also reach out to a qualified professional. We don't promise any particular outcome from the practice.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated. When access ends, your membership billing stops immediately.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Honomantra is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the site available and accurate but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. For material changes, we'll email members before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are a v1 draft meant to set honest expectations with members from the start. They're not legal advice. A qualified attorney should review them before you rely on them — including choosing a governing-law jurisdiction.
